So I'm not usually the kinda guy that does this but given the interaction I had with Phil and the whole staff today I felt obligated to say something. I'm a hotshot truck driver and Tuesday evening a 12,000lbs load of pipe shifted and was literally hanging off my trailer. I showed up on a whim and without missing a beet Phil had me pull around back and we formulated a plan of attack and in an hour or so the load was secure and I made it to my destination!! They had absolutely no obligations to help and could have said no but they did not and for that I am grateful. As a small business owner myself it's nice to come across great people like this. And the kicker was he didn't even want any money at all!! We settled on a little something but still not enough for the help provided. Stand up guy, stand up staff clean nice place. I would recommend low country to everyone. Thanks guys!!

Have been needing a new mower and finally decided to go see the folks here. Walked in not knowing exactly what i wanted. Talked with Phil about the options and different models. He walked me thru the differences in each model I was looking at with the advantages and disadvantages of each. Finally made a decision and feel great about my purchase. Never once did he try to pressure me to buy something i didnt need or want. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff! Will be going back when its time to purchase our tractor later on.
