Outstanding business! My mower would not go into drive/fwd. I brought it up to MFT and Chad was eager to help. He told me it could take more than a week and I understood- it’s the summer, cutting season and an employee was on vacation. In four short days, Chad called and said it was ready to be picked up. Nothing major. Absolutely reasonable fee. Chad is a great guy, honest with a strong sense of humor all the while professional! Glad MFT was suggested to me. Not to mention the office is filled with nostalgia! Great job, good experience and highly recommended! Enjoyed the company of the four legged feline salesman, too!

I recently bought this Branson 5520R from MFT. Best sales folks I have ever dealt with. These folks take of you! This 5520R is one of the most heavy duty tractor made and I have been pleased with it’s performance. The lifts exceeds most other brands. I did have one minor issue with a bracket and MTF had me going in one day and charge me absolutely nothing! These guys have mastered customer service and I recommend MTF and Branson to anyone looking for a 58hp or less tractor. I researched tractor for 2 years and Branson seem to be the best value on the market. Go see the folks at Macon Ford Tractor!

Absolutely the best experience!! My husband is the research king, definitely not an impulse buyer. We went in & talked with Chad several times. He answered all of our questions. Never pushy, always nice. When we (he, husband) finally made his decision, we had to order our tractor. It came in 2 days earlier than expected, Chad called to let us know. We came in, paid for it and they delivered it to us that afternoon!! Every single step of this process was awesome and I can’t say enough about the wonderful folks that work there. Every person we encountered was so nice & helpful!! And Branson, their cat is the coolest! Highly recommend Macon Ford Tractors!!
