Malless Auto Service

I am happy that I found Malless auto repair not only bc of the convenience of them being not far from where I live but also for how professional, friendly, and accommodating they were. I was a bit of a pest calling them about my car. But not once were they impatient with my numerous calls. And the price they gave to fix the repairs was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I will definitely use them again for any repairs I need done on my car in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

This review is soley based my own personal experience.
The repair I needed, never got completed. I was told that, the alleged vendor they were using to source my part, had allegedly sold it by the time the repair had got authorized.
They did not send the correct W9 form to my insurance company, as requested by the damaged adjuster. Communication between them, my insurance and myself was spotty. As, I had to call them most of the time. Until it came to there potential storage fee and diagnostic fee needed to be paid. Danny made sure to call about that.

I was visiting Indianapolis for a family wedding and started experiencing issues with my brakes. I called Malless early in the morning explaining my situation and they were able to get me in, find the issue, and fix it all within a few hours.

They were very professional, communicated timelines and issues regularly, and even recommended services I should follow up on with my local mechanic when I returned home without trying to upsell me at their location.

Really appreciate their team getting me back up and running in time for the event!
