I wish there was an option for rating Kubota Tractor in Waverly Hall 10 stars! I needed a major repair on my L3901 tractor, the service department went above and beyond in getting it done! They have renewed my faith that there are still businesses out there that sincerely care about their customers. They were totally professional, courteous and treated me like a member of the family. Jason and Lilly, in the service department. were particularly awesome! I highly recommend Mason Kubota in Waverly Hall as the "go to" place, even if you have to travel a long way! Thank you for doing such a great job!!

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in the perfect place to buy our new tractor. I felt welcome and encouraged to make myself at home. Dylan was beyond patient with my 1000 questions and took the time to answer each one while he walked me through the lot explaining everything and then some, he went above and beyond from that moment forward. Delivery day was just as great, Mr. Herman was awesome. Everything was delivered perfectly and he took the time to walk through each piece and also answered every question. Every person in the place was kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They will forever have our business!
