When I had a car in for an oil change at another business, they said I needed brakes and rotors on all four tires and it would cost 1200 bucks. I was suspicious, so I got a second opinion from Meineke. It turned out my rear brakes were fine, and the front brakes were getting close, but still serviceable. I replaced them anyway. The total was about $400. I greatly appreciate the honesty, integrity, prompt service, and great communication from Meineke Lexington.

From the first answered phone call, every interaction I had with the man in charge was pleasant and helpful (I'm fairly certain his name is Charlie). They gave me an estimate for free, provided prices upfront before taking any action, and did good work for a fair price. I'll be coming to this Meineke with any car issues I may have in the future!

My water pump had to be replaced. The staff provided great customer service and they offered to give me a ride while my vehicle was being repaired. They completed the job and did not try to add on extra repairs. They have kept my vehicle running for years. No complaints here. Other customers in the waiting area were return satisfied customers as well.

I brought my car in because the check engine light came on with error code P013E. The technician checked the code, cleared it, and after verifying that it didn't return, he didn't charge me for his time or assistance.
He easily could have tried to sell me a $400 part that I didn't actually need, but instead he was honest, professional, and genuinely helpful. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. He's earned my trust and my business for as long as I live in Lexington. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

Super reliable and super quick. Charlie deserves an award for having to do front desk, he was answering at least two phones everytime one rang when I was waiting for my car. I had a huge problem with a tight turnaround and they got me where I needed to go within an hour and a half and were very helpful and kind. 15/10, highly recommend
