We ordered interior doors. We are from Canada, we can't get the specific kind here. Anyway, we ordered doors, jams and casings. They arrived all at separate times so I made sure to call the store and let them know we would be coming from Canada and only making 1 trip down as we also rented a Uhaul. The lady said call back a couple days before the complete order to make sure everything was there. So I did. Lady on the phone (won't mention name) said everything was there and ready. Low and behold when we arrived, our order was not all there even though we got her confirmation as well as email confirmation. They offered us a refund for the items that were not there. The guy was nice about it and apologized. Also, a bit of a runaround afterwards trying to find the right receipt so we can cross back the border. So not the smoothest experience here. Only reason I would order from here again is if they still had items here that I can't get in Canada.

Always have what I need, cheap to intermediate brands of tools and supplies. Clean, and organized. Online stock has always reflected what they have at the store, very helpful. Only wish they told you where to find items online in the store like Target does for items I don't purchase often. Always my go-to for DIY projects.

2022 Update, store remodel in progress, items in random locations for a bit but the new layout and new areas look very nice. Have to learn new layout but that won't take long for how often I am there!
