Steve and the rest of the gang at Midway are nothing less than stellar! I bought my first fifth wheel from them last month and through the entire process, everyone was so knowledgeable, thorough and made me feel at ease. I had tried other companies and consistently felt I was just being pushed into signing on the dotted line with less-than-transparent terms.

Not at Midway! I'm a ways away from Grand Rapids, so Steve sent me a VERY thorough video of my Durango top to bottom, actually a couple videos! The whole process of buying from them was 100% transparent and streamlined and when I got up there to close on it, Steve and Dave went through EVERYTHING on the camper with me, step by step. I loved that I got to spend the night in it on their lot because it gave me time to settle in and check everything out so when I had questions the next day, the service staff was right there. Chad was great then because I realized I hadn't asked my questions about solar and he filled me in on everything.

All in all, I was blown away by the service I received and continue to receive from the Midway staff and am so happy I chose the model I did AND that they just happened to have it! I could not be happier with my little camper! They really are wonderful people who provide excellent service and make you feel like family. So if you're in the market for something on their lot, I wouldn't let it go if I were you :)

I custom ordered my newest Newmar London Aire through Midway. Previously I've bought 2 new coaches from Canadian dealers as I'm Canadian. I shopped my order across the US and Canada. The experience at Midway far exceeds previous experiences I've had in the past. This is my 3rd Newmar in 2 years...I upgrade frequently and I will remain with Midway going forward. Their PDI is thorough...they insisted on making sure every tiny thing was perfect...I couldn't be happier with their team and I do have many comparisons! You don't know the difference until you experience it. They are a diamond dealer for a reason. They will take care of you..they are professional, timely, and reliable. Importing was a breeze as well. Ten stars from me along with my future business as they earned it with price and service.

We've owned 6 motorhomes since 1996. Our dealer experiences have varied widely. This week, after a 6 month search, we purchased a 23 Newmar Ventana 3407. It was exactly what we were looking for. As our search narrowed, we had identified 4 different coaches at 4 different dealers. Our sales representative Midway RV was Ryan Kramer. He was friendly, professional, thorough and interested in our needs. This coach was in exceptional condition, and serviced properly. The purchase experience was perfect. Ryan is well versed in Newmar and never hesitated to answer any question. Our delivery person was Ryan Rypma. He made sure that every detail of this "system/feature intensive RV" was covered and answered multiple questions - and had the patience to answer many of them more than once. I know, as an experienced RV'er that our knowledge and familiarity was better than most, but there are so many wonderful features on the NEWMAR Ventana that we have never experienced. They were both experts on Newmar and even helped us set up a factory tour on our trip up. So I give a big ole 10+ score for both men and so appreciate everything that you both did for us, including allowing us to stay at your dealership for 2.5 days to move from our old RV and familiarize ourselves with the new one. As a business owner, I know that employee attitudes and actions very much reflect the leadership of that business. Well done. An additional note about the dealership. Midway RV only sells NEWMAR in Class A motorhomes. They do carry some sprinters but they are experts in NEWMAR - from sales to delivery, to the parts department who also took great care of us. If you're looking for a great experience and a new or used NEWMAR, I can only give Midway my strongest recommendation.
