So a couple weeks ago, my steel MS 311 wouldn’t start so we took it there and after a week, they called us back and said the magneto had gone bad and it had very low compression so a couple days later we went to pick it up and when they gave it to us. It was covered in this oily dust which was extremely upsetting because we had to pay $127 for that diagnosis and they give it back to us dirty so we take it home and I feel like there’s no way that saw had gone bad because we had had it running a week before we took it in so I started messing around with it and found out it actually did have spark and after a little bit more tinkering, I got it to run perfectly fine. I do not recommend Midwest machinery. They lied and they’ve lost a good customer.

I had a fantastic experience at this location because of Ryan. I originally sent in a lead on an X738 and Ryan reached out right away and answered all of my questions with ease. I ended up getting a second hand tractor, but was still looking around for a snowblower and Ryan really went above and beyond to get the sale and help me out. Minnesota equipment in Rogers is 15 minutes from my house and you guys are 3 times the distance, but it was Ryan’s personality and help that got me to drive all the way over there and give you my business. Ryan is a top class guy and again went above and beyond to help me. I’ll absolutely do all of my service work and future business with you because of Ryan.
