Stopped in today (Saturday) to take a Quick Look at a 2520 compact tractor. Called ahead to ask some questions and spoke with Tobin the general manager. He was able to answer my questions and called me back in a timely manner with the information I was looking for and verified the tractor was there and available to look at. When I arrived to look at it he was friendly, polite, and professional. I’ve never purchased a piece of equipment yet from MMC, usually just parts from their New Richmond location which I’ve been a customer at for many years (when it was formerly known as Frontier Ag & Turf) and have always had great luck and service at that one. I’m still waiting on some other things to complete so the potential sale hasn’t been set in stone at this time but so far I’ve had no disappointment at this location and it certainly met my expectations based off my experiences at my “home” location that I normally stop in at. Thanks Tobin for your valuable time today on a holiday weekend; especially with how busy it seemed you still made the time for a potential customer with no complaints!

I looked at all the local mower retailers and Sema was the only one willing to give the time of day to a homeowner with a $3.5k max budget. They are happy to spend whatever time it takes to ensure you get what you need. It can look a little intimidating when you drive up and see huge and expensive farm equipment but no fear here. It's clear that they value ALL business. From looking at the product to going back home through purchase to delivery was around 18 hours. Helpful employee delivered and took time to explain safe operation of my mower to me, a complete ride-on novice. Great JD product and great service.
