Extremely disappointing service. Our saw was in their shop for months, and the issue was never resolved, yet we were still charged. We had to research and provide them with information on where to order the necessary part, but they never ordered it. Instead, they disassembled the saw and charged us for incomplete work.

Additionally, the service was unprofessional and rude. The technician made aggressive comments about my husband's hat, which was completely inappropriate and irrelevant to the service we were seeking.

I cannot recommend this business.

Very good customer service that you won’t get at big box stores! We were interested in buying a Honda Generator and although Home Depot offered free delivery they basically would have dropped off a big heavy box in our driveway AKA here ya go…some assembly required. No thanks. For the same price, Nevada Power Products told my husband to give them an hour or so before pickup to assemble it, add oil & fuel, ready to use right out the door! Started up the first try…as expected from a Honda. We also use this company for our lawnmower & snowblower service.

I was planning to buy a snowblower for my bussines and larry was very kind answering all my questions by phone
Then i decided to go to the store and he continued explaining more things about the snowblower and teaching me all the functions of it
If all the sellers were as larry dedicated and hardworking with that patience and charisma world would be a little bit better
Finally i could start working removing snow the same day and everything is working great with the honda snowblower , thank you!
