NLT Construction

Fantastic construction company that’s worth every penny. Dave Cedrone and his crew did a great job on my basement remodel, including converting a half bath into a full bath. I live in a 1950’s home, and there were no shortages of surprises. Dave and his crew have extensive experience and could mediate those surprises. I really appreciated that Dave was willing to work with my design ideas for the space and make my ideas become a reality. I talked to another company that was more cookie-cutter and they would not explore alternatives. Dave and his crew were incredibly efficient, skilled, and wonderfully communicative. If I need additional work done on my house, I will call Dave at NLT Construction again.

NLT Construction and Dave Cedrone did an outstanding job in our home. A complete kitchen
remodel as well as some renovations in other areas were carried out with the utmost of care. The results were excellent. Dave was very easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. His carpenters as well as his carpet, plumbing, electrical and painting contractors were of the highest quality. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

We had such a great experience working with Dave! From day one, he was friendly, approachable, and very easy to work with. He was always honest and upfront about everything — costs, timelines, expectations — which made the whole process feel stress-free and transparent.

His communication was top-notch. He kept us in the loop at every stage, responded quickly to questions, and made sure we always knew what was happening next.

He coordinated with all the other subcontractors involved and made sure everyone was on the same page. Because of that, the entire project flowed smoothly without delays or confusion. It felt organized, efficient, and well-managed from start to finish.

We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend Dave and his team at NLT to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and just great to work with.

NLT Construction / Dave Cedrone did an excellent job installing a new bathroom, from scratch in my finished basement including plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywall and painting. I highly recommend Dave and would easily hire him again for any home improvement work I have in the future.

As this was my first major home improvement project, I started out asking friends for recommendations of contractors they have used in the past. Dave was the only one recommended without them mentioning any drawbacks. He certainly lived up to that reputation on my project.

When I first met with Dave to discuss my project I told him I needed a reliable contractor who wouldn’t nickel and dime me with extras as the project went on and who would work non-stop on the project once they started. Dave, his crew and recommended contractors did exactly that, showing up on time each and every day until the project was completed on schedule and on budget.

I was initially concerned about Dave’s model of charging just for labor and materials while I contracted directly with the subcontractors. But, Dave’s recommended contractors were excellent and he scheduled and managed their work and, also, delivery of building supplies. He even arranged for me to get replacement parts for two items from the plumbing supplier that were defective (from the manufacturer, not Dave) when delivered. Dave coordinated every step of the project from the signing of the contract until its completion. I now see Dave’s model as a benefit for its transparent pricing and the better contact I had with the subcontractors.

Throughout the project communication with Dave was outstanding. He responded very quickly to texts or emails. He checked on the job most every day and I often spoke with him then, too. Both Dave and his crew were friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. This all added to my confidence that they would (and did) reliably complete the project as I wanted.

Without any hesitation, I recommend NLT Construction.

We have worked with Dave and the excellent NLT team on several major re-modeling projects over the past fifteen years. We shared our vision with Dave during an initial consultation and his detailed plans executed it perfectly. Our latest project, a screened porch, was completed on time, with the attention to quality construction, expert carpentry and beautiful finishes that we have come to expect. We appreciate the construction team’s (Rob, Jeff and Kenny) reliability, intelligence and skills. They are friendly, courteous and careful to keep the work site clean and safe when they leave at the end of the day. When concerns arise, Dave and the team are immediately responsive and creative in finding perfect solutions. All subcontractors recommended by Dave were fairly priced, reliable and provided quality work. Our full satisfaction with the end product is as important to Dave as it is to us. He fully stands behind his team’s work. We have never been disappointed.
