Oasis Renovation & New Construction

So we had floors installed and some very old AC units removed from the side of the house.

During most of this process I was living in another state. Tom was able to provide us with the appropriate amount of communication/updates.

We had two contractors go to the house and give us quotes. I asked my renters who they liked the best and they very quickly said they stated Tom over the other contractor. It also helped his quote was less than the other contractor so we went with Tom and his team.

Tom was very honest and when something took longer he didn’t hesitate to inform us with an updated timeline(our timeline shifted because house is old and floors weren’t level).

We also had a minor fix needed about 2 months after and Tom sent his team out to get it fixed which was very reassuring.

I highly recommend Tom and his team!

If you are looking for a contractor to help with a home remodel, look no further! Tom has competitive pricing but more importantly is the most accessible, hands on contractor I have ever worked with. He is easy to reach, returns calls and texts and does what he says. He is organized and meets deadlines. He redid our kitchen and we absolutely love it. We already knew what we wanted and had an idea of what we wanted the kitchen to look like. If you are someone that has a style and design in mind Tom is perfect. Other contractors charge more but may hold your hand more with the design process. Tom is perfect if you have something already in mind and need someone to execute it. I could not speak more highly of Tom and his team!

Tom at Oasis Renovation & New Construction is hands-down one of the best contractors we've ever worked with. After interviewing seven other contractors, Tom stood out for both my wife and me with his exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and humble demeanor.

From the get-go, Tom was transparent, responsive, and proactive in addressing our questions and concerns. He took the time to understand our vision and needs, and his expertise shone through in his thoughtful suggestions and solutions. His ability to communicate effectively with both me and my wife was a huge plus, ensuring we were always on the same page.

Tom's attention to detail is impressive, and it shows in the final product – our two bathroom remodels look absolutely stunning! But what really sets Tom apart is his flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond. When unexpected issues arose during the project, Tom worked with us to find creative solutions that met our needs and budget.

His crew is top-notch, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. They were respectful of our home, efficient, and skilled in their work. Tom's pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high level of quality and service he provided.

What struck us most about Tom was his humility and helpful nature. He's not just a contractor – he's a partner in bringing your vision to life. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and Oasis Renovation & New Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused contractor.

Words can’t describe how much I would go out of my way to recommend Tomas and his crew at Oasis Renovation! Coming from working at one of the top interior architecture and design firms in Miami, Florida, I was looking for a contractor to renovate my main bathroom. From the very beginning, Tomas made me feel comfortable and someone that I can trust in not only completing the work but also show true dedication in all aspects of the work. I interviewed many contractors (some highly expensive, others a fraction of his estimate), but in the end, I went with Tomas as the energy between us felt synergetic.

Kenny (my project manager) and Tomas were always available at any time of the day with any concerns I had. The crew was always on time and respectful to all areas of my home. They were clean, fast, highly efficient, but never cutting corners and showing a true dedication to their trade and craftsmanship. This was a full-gut bathroom renovation utilizing the highest quality European materials and fixtures (Duravit, Keuco, Axor, Grohe, etc.), and they were able to accomplish all my requirements to bring this contemporary bathroom to fruition and up to code. Working in this industry and having worked on some of the most beautiful projects in Miami, I know what to expect from a general contractor. I will forever be grateful for having them work on this project and excited to continue renovating the rest of my home with Oasis Renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any upgrades to their home!
