Odean Construction LLC

Called them over a month ago, left a voicemail and never heard back on a whole home reno.

In response. Not sure why you would think I’m not in your area? Our home is in fact in le claire. If you’re going by an area code - helpful hint- many folks have mobile phones with an area code that isn’t local. Or perhaps you only work with those born and raised in your area? And that is of course your prerogative but decent customer service calls for at least a quick phone call to let the potential customer know your position. As a new neighbor to many in the quad cities I’ll be sure to let folks know how you treat potential customers.

We called Odean Construction at 8am on a Friday for, what we considered, an urgent structural repair problem. We provided pictures of the damage and Jake agreed to meet that same day to look it over. After reviewing the damage, he assured us it wasn’t as bad as we originally feared, and he had it fixed within a few hours!

We were hosting a graduation party the next day, so that fact that he went above and beyond to put a rush on it meant a lot to our family.

Jake was very easy to work with and we would 100% recommend his services to anyone looking for a quality contractor!

Odean Construction LLC did an outstanding job on our project. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, their communication was clear, timelines were realistic, and the workmanship was top-notch. The crew paid attention to the small details and kept the jobsite clean and organized. The finished result looks amazing and feels built to last. If you need a deck, siding, or a home addition in the Davenport area, I highly recommend Odean Construction
