Brought in my lawnmower that was 6 months old and under warranty because the self propelled aspect stopped working. It’s covered under warranty all is great, I go to pick it up expecting there to be no charge and they tell me it’s $58 charge because it didnt need any parts. Sure paid the $58 not a big deal. 45 days later the self propelled stopped working again. I called to see what they can do and they tell me their work is only guaranteed for 30 days. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a Ls 225 3 months ago. Got a grapple, backhoe, and cab. First issue I had was one of the hydraulic lines leaked. Not a big deal. Then the seat broke. Again, not a big deal. Then they put the enclosure on and this is where the issues started. Any time I go to use the machine the battery is dead. They replaced the battery because they said it was bad and tried to charge me for it. Well, the battery went dead again, they replaced it. Well now I’m on the 3rd battery. I had informed them that this issue didn’t start until the enclosure was put on. I still haven’t heard anything. Paying over 40k for a machine that they aren’t fixing is very ridiculous. This Friday I am asking them to pick up the machine. I do not want it anymore and I’ll go elsewhere. It has an electrical problem they caused and obviously can’t fix. It will always have issues now. They are nice but the lack of care taken when they prepped and installed the aftermarket items was so bad that I’d never let them do it again. The 3rd function lines were rubbing on the rear wheels, a zerk fitting was broken upon delivery. I wish I had pictures of the seat and zerk fitting.
