DON'T GO HERE, YOU'LL REGRET IT! I took my riding mower there for repair. Upon drop off we discussed the issue was probably the carb since it had been sitting for a long time. We started with a max of $250 to diagnose and do a routine maintenance check. After 2 weeks, no call. I finally called them and they said "oh, our system has been down". They had finished the $260 worth of work and tried to clean the carb but it was still sputtering. They would look for a rebuild kit and let me know how much. 2 weeks later I had to call again. They couldn't find a rebuild kit, it would have to be new. New estimate $400. I said okay. A week (or 2) later I had to call again. The person said they were still looking but it was going to be closer to $450 now. After 2 more weeks I call ( they NEVER called.me with an update). I was told it was done. When I went to pick it up, I was told the bill was $650!! Never did anyone say that number to me. DON'T GO HERE, YOU'LL REGRET IT.

These guys completely exceeded my expectations. They explained that the chainsaw I had in mind had features that were unnecessary and sold me a slightly different version that was LESS expensive! They spent a lot of time with me going through the nuances of the saw and gave me advice for how to keep it running for that maximum lifespan. I came back with a question and they took the time again to help me. They understood my experience level and respectfully gave me all the knowledge I need to improve my understanding of the equipment. Highly recommend!
