Paul and the staff at P&K were amazing. What started as a parts hunt for an older mower turned into some great customer service and sales. Paul found the parts I needed in two days. I saw a great mower at an amazing price and decided to pick it up. If they were that amazing for an old mower part, I knew they’d be just as amazing for any other sale. Don’t buy a mower from the crappy “big box” store! Give Paul and the folks at P&K a call.

I would not recommend this company. I brought in my tractor for service and was told that it would be done in 2 weeks and it took 4 and half with no explanation as to why it took long. They ended up calling me the last day of the month pressuring me to pay for the work that was done with work still needing to be done. They told me they wanted to meet their numbers. They ended up delivering the tractor with missing parts so they could get paid. They didn't even have the decency to call me with any updates. I also brought my mower in for service. They did the work without preauthorizing the work cost. Just called me and told me it was done. I let the service manager know how I felt and ended up speaking to the regional manager. An apology doesn't make up for my time and money being wasted. They ended up backing out of a deal to buy my tractor which I am assuming is out of retaliation for this review. I would also warn that anytime they ask you to call them instead of them emailing is because they don't want record of what they want to tell you. I personally wouldn't trust anyone that works for this company.
