Palm Construction Inc

This was my first home improvement project that I hired a contractor. I was nervous about the whole procedure and process hut Ben was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process. He was honest and forthcoming. He made the financial part of it very easy, comfortable and understandable. Ben was able to answer any questions and concerns that I had. He was also very accessible. Once the contract was signed and all the details mapped out and agreed upon, they immediately started working on my deck. They demolished my old deck and completely constructed a new deck from the ground up. They did everything that they promised to do and more. I was surprised each day that I came home on how much progress had been done from the previous day. They kept the work area tidy, clean and safe. The project manager, Jason was also incredible. Even though I didn't physically meet him till the final walk through due to my Non-flexiable work schedule, he was in constant communication with me. When I finally met him, he was an absolute pleasure to meet. I encounter a handful of the work crew and they too were very professional and polite. I was amazed on how quickly the work got done. I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you Ben, Jason and the crew for providing me a beautiful outdoor area that I can once again enjoy.

Palm construction did good job for my project. The manager John Cohen is reliable. During the process, issues were all solved satisfactorily. They bought out the exact effect me wanted for the kitchen countertop, bath and shower, deck and fence. The best point is their finishing job is perfect, having no complain at all. Their quote is not the lowest, but the service and products they provided and installed made it is very okay to pay for it.

Ben and Palm Construction built us a new deck with an enclosed patio, starting in the first week of January and wrapping up in a month or so. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Communication was outstanding. Ben was consistently responsive-- any time we called with a question or small concern, someone followed up promptly and came out the next day with solutions. That level of reliability made the process feel smooth and low stress.

From carpenters to electricians, the work crew was professional and communicative with high level of craftsmanship. They kept the workspace clean and organized and were respectful of our home and individual schedules.

Most importantly!! The finished project is exactly what we wanted, and tbh, even better. It has completely transformed our backyard. Thank you Ben and crew!!!
