My experience with Paradise RV has been extremely disappointing.

After purchasing a 2022 Winnebago Travato 59G, I experienced numerous issues, including what I believe was a significant delay in receiving the vehicle’s title despite repeated promises that it would be sent. During that time, I had to spend considerable time and money trying to resolve the situation and incurred approximately $3,000 in out-of-pocket expenses.

In addition to the title concerns, I experienced several mechanical issues with the vehicle that significantly affected my travels and left me feeling stranded at times.

I made multiple attempts to work directly with Paradise RV to reach a fair resolution. The dealership eventually offered me $1,000 in exchange for signing a broad settlement agreement that would have required me to release current and future claims related to the vehicle. I did not believe those terms were fair, so I declined the offer. After that, the dealership withdrew the offer and informed me they would no longer communicate with me.

Because I was unable to resolve the matter directly, I have submitted my documentation to the appropriate agencies for review.

This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle to carefully review all paperwork, ask questions about the title process, and keep copies of all communications throughout the transaction.

Referred by Jason from Swift Garage because they service my F250 SuperDuty Diesel. I Purchased new F600 SuperDuty Grand Design Lineage 31 F. At 2,400 miles I believe the break in motor oil should be replaced and the nonsense you have to go through using a Ford dealer service department is more than I can bare to have to deal with. I make a 10:00 AM service appointment at Paradise RV, I pull in, as I exit the truck, Debbie, the co-owner with her husband comes out to the lot to greet me. That immediately gets my attention. It gets better, Debbie has in her arms the cutest 9 month old baby girl, her granddaughter am I’m thinking this is what I call a family business. Debbie takes me to meet, George, the service manager. I explain to George I’m a RV newbie, but I have enough experience with Diesel engines that the only thing that keeps a turbo charger going is fresh synthetic oil and Lucas oil additive. I explain my generator also has a service issue which it shouldn’t and he said it reached a service issue based on the hour meter and it also required an oil change. 2.5 hours later truck is done and I now have a reliable company capable of performing the service and repair of a class c motorhome that I have no clue how to take care of other than I know when to change the fluids.
