Jerry, the service manager at Salem PARCs, won my eternal gratitude, and business. He went far above and beyond, like I was the most important customer he’d ever helped. The Salem PARCs is over an hour away from me, and I had bought the tractor at Buckhannon State Equipment, much closer. Did not matter to Jerry. State Equipment lost my business and Jerry gained it for PARCs.
Recently,I called to order parts for one of my two Kabota farm tractors.. I gave the part number I had found on-line to a lady, not realizing she could see the competitors price. She offered to match the price without me asking.

Very Friendly and very knowledgeable! We love our new tractor! We drove 3 hours just to get this. We could not deal with any other dealer closer to where we live. It was worth the trip, fantastic staff!
