PMIL Construction was fantastic from start to finish. They communicated clearly, respected the budget and timeline, and maintained a clean, professional job site throughout. They made the entire commercial up fit process feel easy and approachable. Highly recommend!!

PMIL is easy to work with and has the right combination of size (fast and flexible) and professionalism to get a job done right. They're very collaborative, which was a great help when we needed to ask for some small pivots during the course of construction. They are also very flexible in working with us to seek cost savings or find solutions to unusual problems

Danny and his team renovated an entire floor for our office @ Allergy Partners of Chapel Hill. They did an amazing job. Danny is highly attentive to the needs of the client. But also, every individual subcontractor has been equally amazing. PMIL is fantastic!

Absolutely would recommend PMIL’s services! They are a company that goes above and beyond making the Client their top priority! It is apparent from introduction to long after the project is completed!
The teamwork between PMIL and their Trade Vendors is phenomenal! PMIL include the various Trade Vendors weekly construction meetings to make sure the client was comfortable with scope, understood timeframes and processes. As a result of this inclusion, there were no surprises to the Client. The teamwork between the GC, Trade Vendors and Client was seamless!
