Premiere Builders & Remodeling

Thank you Premiere Builders!
We are very HAPPY with the work Premiere Builders completed on our home. They remodeled two bathrooms, installed new flooring, and painted throughout the house. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. From the first time we sat down with project manager Jonny Darami we felt comfortable with his work ethic and Premiere Builders mission "Fostering genuine partnerships by prioritizing personalized attention, reliability, and honesty." Jonny invited us out to the office and we were able to meet the owners and other employees all very friendly and welcoming. Jonny went above and beyond and took us to a beautiful home they built. At that time we decided to use Premiere Builders. Once we started the renovation we met
Oscar and his team who was professional, reliable, and incredibly patient with us throughout the renovation process. (Thank you) They took the time to answer our questions, address our concerns, and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. They worked hard to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
Our bathrooms look beautiful, the flooring was installed flawlessly, and the fresh paint has completely transformed our home. We highly recommend Premier Builders to anyone looking for a contractor who provides outstanding craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and a stress-free renovation experience. We would gladly hire them again for future projects. Unfortunately in our crazy world it is hard to find and trust contractor to come into your home. These guys from Project management Jonny Darami to Oscar and his team are the real deal from the beginning to the end of the job. We feel like we have added new extended friends and family. Thank you again!!

After thoroughly screening five contractors for the extensive renovation of our 100-year-old South Tampa home, we chose Jonathan and his team at Premiere. If you don’t read this lengthy review, we highly recommend Premiere for all of your home improvement needs. Fantastic experience!

Jonathan, owner, conducted an exceptionally detailed evaluation of our home, carefully considering the unique challenges and unknowns that come with renovating a century-old property.

Jonathan’s knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful planning gave us confidence that our beloved home was in the right hands. South Tampa neighbors, Premiere is a solid contractor. Hire with confidence.

The scope of work on our home was significant: bathrooms completely gutted and renovated, hardwood flooring removed and replaced, lighting and plumbing upgraded, kitchen cabinets painted, countertops and backsplash replaced, French doors replaced with windows, an exterior second-floor balcony overlooking a pool demolished, and new fencing, siding, trim, latticework, and paint to transform the exterior of the home.

The craftsmanship throughout the project was outstanding. A highly skilled team installed glass, marble, and ceramic tile with precision and care. New hardwood flooring was seamlessly integrated with the original wood, preserving the character of our historic home while giving it new life. Plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and finishing details were all completed flawlessly. The days started early and the hours were long and we sincerely appreciate the dedication of each and every person that worked on our home.

The project managers and craftsmen treated our home with the utmost respect, worked tirelessly, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. They were respectful of our neighbors and kept the job site spotless. The cleanliness during the demo was unbelievable.

We were living in temporary housing and facing a firm deadline, and Jonathan and his team consistently went above and beyond to keep the project moving and help us avoid additional expenses. Communication was consistent and thorough explanations were provided when necessary.

Premiere has built an exceptional team of professionals over the last ten years who take great pride in their work. Their integrity, work ethic, communication, and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

I would welcome Jonathan and his team into our home anytime and will absolutely use Premiere again for future projects, both large and small. Thanks, guys. And Miriam. ❤️

WOW! WOW! WOW!! Project Managed! DANES from Premiere Builders just completed our kitchen remodel.. DANESS was superior to work with.. We are transplants from MN and had no idea who to contact for our remodel project. We had 4 companies come and DANES from
PREMIERE was the one we chose because we believed and now saw how she exemplified what we believe is the mission of this company that shows leadership, personality and workmanship. When working with clients she believes in empowering the client to what their wishes are for the remodeling project, when asked, she will give suggestions without being pushy bc she always says, it’s YOUR kitchenI . I need to add, she is a fun person to be around. We had little to no stress throughout the project due to DANES calming transparent conversations with us.(I’m not good at choosing pendents ….that was the little bit of
stress I had throughout the entire project )
Thank you DANES for calming me down.
5-+ stars!! Look her up people, talk to DANES! You will not be disappointed by her or her working crew!

DANES will be back in the fall to project manage our bathroom remodels!

And because I’m a retired teacher…..

We have successfully completed two separate remodeling projects with Premiere Builders. Shimi was our project manager for both and we were extremely pleased! His attention to detail is only surpassed by his timely communication and follow through. Premiere has knowledgeable and talented teams of builders, electrical technicians, plumbers and finish carpenters who keep the job running smoothly. The tile installer did an amazing job! I was so impressed that the work was started quickly and constant progress was made everyday. They finished both jobs in a timely manner and stayed on budget. When design questions arose, Shimi had suggestions and ideas and he was an excellent problem solver! We are so happy with our bathroom and laundry. Can't wait for the next project!!

We hired Premiere Builders to do a kitchen renovation and new flooring. Danielle was our project manager and from day one she was responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. She gave us great advice during the planning stage and was there throughout the demo and construction and I mean always available! Everyone of the crew that worked on our project was always professional. The project finished ahead of time and we could not be happier with the results. Thank you Danielle and everyone at Premiere! The pictures attached show before and then after.
