Had a really great experience at Pro Import Denver. Ron was my service advisor, and he was awesome to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I also really appreciated how fair and upfront he was about the pricing.

Overall, the whole experience was smooth and easy, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me out instead of just trying to charge me for things I didn’t need. Definitely recommend Pro Import Denver, and a big thank you to Ron for making the experience such a good one!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 10 years for my 2002 Xterra. They are honest, fast, and highly professional! They always provide excellent service at a very reasonable price. I was referred to Pro Import Denver by a trusted friend and they were incredible. The office area is clean and welcoming. The employees had smiles and I was able to work directly with Jimmy. He was so kind, listened to my needs and made me feel seen and not embarrassed about what I could afford. The shop had my 2009 Honda Odyssey in to replace the cv axel and because I had a hard time starting my vehicle. They kept it a few days to ensure they found the problem so that it was safe enough for me to drive myself and my kids around. The fixed the issues and now I feel safe riding around in it. I am very happy with their expertise, work ethic and all around hospitality. I HIGHLY recommend.
