Excellent Total Remodel Experience!

We recently completed a full home remodel with Pro Quality Construction, and we couldn’t be
happier with the results. From start to finish, the project was expertly managed, on schedule,
and completed to an exceptional standard.

What impressed us most:
Structural and exterior work: They fixed the outside structure, rebuilt the eaves, and added
Hardy plank siding to give the house a fresh, durable finish. They replaced all 15 windows and
6 sliding doors to new double pane glass. The exterior now looks fantastic and should hold up
well for years.

Back patio and entry points: The back patio was replaced, and all exterior windows and
sliding doors were replaced. They also added two sliding doors in the bedrooms facing the
pool, adding more light and appeal to the bedrooms.

Interior remodel:All four bedrooms were remodeled, with new flooring, windows, ceilings,
and a double-wall construction where appropriate. The new windows create a brighter, more
open feel throughout the home.

Bathrooms and overall finish: Two bathrooms were renovated to modern standards, with
attention to detail and quality fixtures.

Painting and finishing: The entire interior and exterior were expertly painted, giving the house
a cohesive, polished look.

Quality of work:Every detail was completed to a high standard, with durable materials and
careful craftsmanship throughout the project.
Project management and communication:
Clear, proactive communication with timely updates and transparent budgeting.

Respectful and tidy job sites; minimal disruption to our daily lives.

Prompt resolution of any issues or changes during the project.

Overall value:
The team delivered outstanding workmanship and value for the investment. The home feels like
new, with improved energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics.

Recommendation:
I highly recommend Pro Quality Construction for any major remodel or reconstruction project. If
you’re considering exterior renovations, interior upgrades, or a full house overhaul, they are a reliable choice with fantastic results!

Mike and Roman are awesome! They did a complete bathroom remodel for me. Mike is very patient and will spend the time to talk you through your ideas to make them a reality. Very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Roman is a very hard worker and will stay for a long as it takes for him to complete his task for the day. I can not recommend them enough! I'll definitely be using them again. They are so easy to work with!

Mike was easy to work with and did a great job on our two bed two bath condo renovation. Out of all the contractors we interviewed, he was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, and professional. We quickly realized how hard it was to find a contractor who would give us a fair quote once they found out we’re not from the island, but Mike was upfront and competitive with his pricing - no hidden fees or surprise costs. He was also realistic about the scope of work and took all the measurements during our consultation.

He even provided kitchen design drawings before we decided to hire him, made a few helpful suggestions, and recommended vendors for materials that he has good relationships with, which saved us a lot of money. Ordering all the materials ourselves was the most challenging part, but Mike was always available to answer any questions we had. He handled all the pick ups and even allowed us to ship everything to his house for transport to the condo. The team also cleaned the condo thoroughly after the renovation was complete.

We’d hire him again for future projects!
