I would rate this a 5/5 experience although my car still has a remaining issue no other mechanic could tell me what was wrong with it, Jake and the technicians were able to properly communicate what the issue was for a fair price. Jake’s communication and honesty is what most mechanics don’t offer. Also the lobby of the waiting room is the best i’ve ever seen lol. 5/5 experience go here when you are in doubt or need answers.

Very good experience today , they were able to fit my Subaru in for a quick inspection and oil change + tire rotation, no one recommended me anything that wasn’t needed like dealerships do. The entire process was quick with no hassle. The waiting room was awesome and I don’t think I have ever waited somewhere that has free Monster energy that alone makes it a 10/10 and I will definitely be back to regular use this shop for all my cars needs.

We have a 2003 Mercedes Sprinter van. Because it's old, and because it's a Sprinter, most shops won't touch it. We had previously taken it to the Mercedes dealership in Littleton because we thought that was our only option, and couldn't have been more disappointed. Their "service" was hard to schedule, inconvenient to get to, slow, EXPENSIVE, and ultimately the work was terrible.

I found REAL Automotive, and fully expecting them to say no like so many other shops I had called, I was very pleasantly surprised to hear they'd be happy to work on our van!

Our experience with REAL Automotive, Gabby in particular, was OUTSTANDING! The exact opposite of the Mercedes dealership - very professional, fast, easy to work with, convenient, knowledgeable, and affordable.

Best of all for us, we had a tight window before our next trip, and Gabby and the technician were able to get it all done (it was a lot!) AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, allowing us plenty of time to prep for our trip.

Literally couldn't be happier! We're so relieved to have found a good shop, lol! We'll be bringing all of our cars here in the future.

So i took my car in for a diagnostic and came out with a laundry list of issues. They broke down each issue on a nvoice. My repairs is $2,900 when my car Blue book is $3,000. I spoke to the service manager and he gave me a best route to get tires to save money. He also said they have no problems chipping away at the bill with each issue until it's completed, if I would like. I paid $74 and i received all the necessary proof to believe they completed a thorough inspection. They offered me a monster energy drink upon me leaving. I think the five star rating is well deserved solely based on their customer service. If I can't come up with a vital option for a different car, then I'll definitely be taking my car to them for some of my repairs if not all.

This team here is amazing. They were persistant with the 3rd party warranty company. They wanted to make sure that my truck transmission was done correctly. Thank you Jake for making sure the warranty company did not skip out on doing it right. Gabby, thank you for making this easy on the communication with what was going on. You kept me informed from the time my truck was received and to the very end. I do not know the name of my Technician that did the work on the transmission, but because of him, I am back on the road and my truck is quiet and drives smooth again. I would highly recommend this company when it comes to repairs. I have a 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid and they did a great job fixing it.
