Chevis Cuthrell is amazing! Being in sales myself I really appreciated how he spent so much time answering my questions, providing solutions and taking care of me that I don’t ever plan on going anywhere else for my Kubota needs. After many negative interactions(no idea how some of these “salespeople” ever sell equipment…) with other area dealerships, Chevis was by far the best to work with. Nobody else even came close! He is a customer service focused (which is a rare find these days) individual that works in his customers best interest. Chevis is a huge asset to RT and I’m sure management knows it. I have bought parts and had service from RT over the years but this latest purchase and service reminded me why I should never look anywhere else. Thank you to Chevis and the entire RT Team!

I had an outstanding experience with Riddle Tractor for repairs on my Walker mower from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything exceeded my expectations. I need to mention two employees: Don Henderson and John (last name unknown). Their attention to detail was exceptional. The repair work on my mower was complex, and they proactively communicated with me to keep me informed on the repair.

I brought my mower to Riddle Tractor because I was having trouble starting it and needed a diagnosis. They said they did not find any issue and fixed the hour meter that was severed during transport. However, they switched out parts on my mower — including putting on older parts — without asking for my permission or informing me ahead of time.

I was shocked to find out parts had been swapped without my knowledge. This is not what I expected from a business that should value honesty and transparency. When I take equipment in for service, I expect to be consulted before any changes are made, especially if it involves downgrading parts.

This experience has made me question their integrity and whether they put the customer’s best interest first. I’m sharing this so others are aware — be sure to ask detailed questions and get everything in writing if you decide to bring your equipment here.

This mower is less than 6 months old and only used for residential use. Even if it stays outside for three weeks the tires and the fuel thank will not age like the pictures are showing. The treads on the tires are worn off and the fuel looks years old. The mower was washed and cleaned before drop off. When picked up it has grass under the deck and the side discharge like it was used extensively.
