Oscar is the best! I used to hate calling Romco. No offense but anytime I called and talked to Valarie she was 0 help and really didn’t seem like she wanted to help most days. BUT once I spoke to Oscar a few times he had my business again for Volvo Parts. He’s super helpful and friendly and always helps out when I need him for something that accounting didn’t receive as well with invoices etc.
Overall if you go, Oscar will take care of you!

Although they were not able to help me with what I needed, they still seem like some pretty helpful fellas behind the counter. They gave me a source where I could get my answers and that's still customer service.

Now this place I really like smart guys behind the counter just an awesome place to go get your parts if you need things they got it they don't got it look at it for you artistic I want then attention and parts for their equipment
