Sam's Construction

Just wanted to add another 5 star review to echo all the others. We had a shower pan failure that leaked and wrecked the bathroom ceiling downstairs requiring not only a new upstairs shower, but ceiling repair below.

Through the whole process Matt and his team made dealing with this giant headache as pain-free and easy as possible. From the quick and reasonable estimate to always great communication, to the thoughtful and courteous workers, and finally the job itself — it was a great experience all around!

5/5

I can not say enough wonderful things about Sam’s Construction. They recently remodeled the shower in my master bath and the entire experience was outstanding. The owner Matt Wallace was 100% involved every step of the way. His team was amazing. Their work ethic was impressive. I am in awe of how beautiful it turned out. They were very respectable of my home. The floors leading to the bathroom were completely covered. I recommend Sam’s Construction 100% without hesitation. If you want quality work, professionalism, and a team that truly cares, this the company to hire.

Sam’s Construction finally made it happen by fixing the unfixable! After unfortunate experiences with multiple contractors, plumbers, and installers, we finally had an amazing experience from Matt and his crews from Sam’s Construction. We have been dealing with mystery leaks in our kitchen ceiling for almost a decade. Plumbers would come and go, but so would the holes in our ceiling. Finally, after looking up women-owned construction businesses, I found Sam’s Construction had great reviews from my neighbors. Sorry fellas, I was feeling fed up! Matt swooped in, communicated, listened, and his guys found the ultimate leak. Who knew a little AC condensation and an unglued pipe fitting could cause so much trouble! Matt’s guys found it quickly and fixed all the leaks! They also updated our bathroom beautifully after investigative destruction! Our first bathroom remodel, which is much smaller, was a 2- year nightmare from another contractor. I would never hesitate to call Matt for any future work. With good communication, organization and time management, good outcomes are truly possible. Thank you so much to Matt, Sam, and all the guys who made our home whole again!

We had a great experience with Sam’s Construction. Matt was our main point of contact, and he was consistently kind, respectful, and easy to work with. The entire team showed up on time every morning, communicated clearly about what they were working on, and kept us updated on what was left to complete.

They repaired a stone retaining wall for us and completely retiled our den bathroom, including replacing the subfloor. The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

We would absolutely use Sam’s Construction again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional work.

I would like to share my recent experience with Sam’s Construction. Matt Wallace and his team are the ultimate professionals and made the upgrade and complete renovation of two bathrooms so worthwhile. Matt is immediately responsive to all questions and concerns, the estimates and quotes are reasonable, and work is completed in a timely manner. He has a dedicated and loyal team of demo crews, painters, plumbers, electricians, a talented trim guy, and an excellent tile man. He also outsources solid wood vanity cabinets and beautiful quartz vanity tops. I am beyond pleased with the completed project and will use Sam’s Construction for future renovation projects.
Before and after pictures of two complete renovated bathrooms and partial renovation of a smaller third bathroom are included.
