Recently, I limped into Schrader's with transmission problems. They topped off my fluid, which fixed the immediate problem. They told me what was causing my loss of transmission fluid and offered a solution. They did a free inspection and tire check. They topped off other fluids. The price was reasonable, the service excellent! There was no pressure or upselling. I like that this is a family business. They were knowledgeable, courteous and competent. They will see me again (just not all too soon, I hope ;)

I recently had some extensive repairs done with Schrader's Garage and the team was professional and respectful of my time and finances. They completed several complex repairs in a timely manner and kept me updated with a user friendly video link with the types of repairs needed categorized by urgency and attention needed towards the repair. They also informed me about any price changes to the overall bill and offered to split the work if the estimate was too much in one transaction. It was not needed, but it was very considerate! I've already gone back since then for routine maintenance. 10/10 would recommend.

The service here is always excellent and I’ve relied on them to maintain my car for the past 15 years. I no longer dread annual inspections. Communication about the issues is clear and direct. They have adopted technology to improve documentation and communication of problems via text and web reports. They always answer questions thoroughly and regularly offer solutions that are cost effective and practical. When there are multiple problems, they always help me prioritize and come up with a plan to address them as I can afford them.
The quality of work done is excellent! When the problem is something that is out of their wheelhouse, they admit it and usually have a recommendation for where to go to get it taken care of. Their facility is clean and well maintained. It’s clear that they’ve created a culture of respect among staff. They always have the job completed on time and regularly, early. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
