Sheiner Construction | Whole House Remodeling in San Diego

I heard about this company from an old friend of mine and he highly recommended them and I'm glad I listened. Easily the best decision we made for our home remodel. We're in Encinitas we hired them to handle a bedroom addition, and the results were honestly better than we imagined. Igor was fantastic throughout the entire process, keeping us updated on the timeline and making sure everything stayed on track. The crew was professional, tidy, and genuinely seemed to care about the quality of the finished work. I would definitely recommend this team. If you are looking for a reliable team that delivers high-quality work without all the typical construction headaches, definitely reach out to them for your next project.

Sheiner Construction recently completed a bathroom and kitchen renovation for us in Escondido, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Didi was incredibly helpful with design selections, while Harel managed the day-to-day operations seamlessly. Every part of the project was handled with care—from demolition to final touches. We appreciated their flexibility and the way they solved problems without delay. Our home feels modern and much more functional now. We’ve received so many compliments from friends and family. If you’re looking for high-quality home renovation work in North County, you won’t regret hiring Sheiner. They’re the real deal.

We hired them for a garage conversion and an additional build-over the garage, and the results are truly amazing. From day one, Didi and the team was professional, organized, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with incredible attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

The garage conversion turned out beautiful--completely functional and stylish, with everything finished to perfection. The upstairs addition feels like it's always been part of the home. Everything from the framing to the finishes was done right, and the project was completed on time and within budget.

We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers on their promises, communicates clearly, and takes pride in their work--Sheiner Construction is the one to call!

We hired Idan and his team to completely remodel our newly purchased all-original house with a very tight timeline. I not only wanted the house completely redone in 8 weeks, but I wanted high quality work and design advice. Idan brought in a professional team to get the job done right. He constantly communicated with me throughout the entire process and made sure all steps were completed correctly. Idan is professional, accommodating, and prides himself in his work. He also has great taste when it comes to design. 5 stars for this team. Thanks for making our new house a home. See before and after photos
