I’ve called before showing up, nobody answered the door or phone when I got here. I’m just here to pick my car up, everything has been paid, I’ve been sitting outside in 100 degree weather waiting for 25 + mins to get my car. I got dropped off here thinking all I had to do was pick up my car. Now I’m stranded waiting to get my car.

Needed a bunch of work done on a new (used) car that the dealership wanted to charge an arm and a leg for. Simon’s Service had the best price estimate in town and got all of the work done perfectly the same day I dropped it off. Very honest and easy to work with, will definitely be coming back for any future services needed!

I simply called for an estimate on brakes; apparently, he had others do the same (as he impolitely expressed). Unfortunately, I was the person he decided to take it out on. This was very rude and unprofessional. I'm grateful he showed his true colors before I gave him any of my money. By the way, sir, regarding my request, you aren't the cheapest in town. You need to review your competitors to provide accurate information.
