The customer service was WONDERFUL! Went in today to replace my Honda mower and Andy was so patient with my father and I in selecting a replacement. In fact all of the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Yard care from zero turn mowers to all sort of electric and gas powered lawn equipment. All reputable brands and the service department is fast and friendly and repair prices are reasonable and at or below industry standard cost. Confident recommendation.

My experience has been terrible overall. In the last year, I purchased three mowers from your dealership: a Scag Tiger Cat II (which was returned brand new due to issues), a Liberty Z, and a V-Ride II. Unfortunately, both of the remaining mowers have already required repairs within the first year of ownership.

The V-Ride II had an oil plug failure, and the Liberty Z recently developed deck alignment issues that caused repeated belt failures. I ended up paying approximately $300 out of pocket for the Liberty Z repair and replacement belts because I was informed afterward that the Liberty Z does not carry a commercial warranty. As the owner of a commercial lawn care business, this was never explained to me during the sales process.

What concerns me most is what I was told directly by your mechanic. He stated that sales staff need to ask more qualifying questions to properly match customers with the right equipment. According to him, Scag mowers like the Liberty are more suited for smooth, golf-course-type lawns and are not ideal for acreage or rough terrain work. He specifically mentioned that for the type of work I do, he would have recommended brands like Toro or Hustler instead. He also stated that newer Scag mowers are not built as heavily as they were several years ago.

Dennis was my salesperson, and the mechanic even mentioned that he had previously addressed similar warranty communication issues involving other customers. That was very concerning to hear after already experiencing these problems firsthand.

At the end of the day, I feel like I was sold equipment that was not properly matched to my business needs. I wanted durable, commercial-grade machines that could handle varied terrain and heavy use, but instead I ended up with two mowers that experienced multiple issues within the first year. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership.

Excellent customer service from Andy. He was very helpful and accommodating with an exchange of equipment. He is very knowledgeable of the products and I appreciate his honesty with recommendations. Andy is friendly and easy to talk to. You’ll leave the store feeling good about your purchase.
