Snap Construction Inc.

Snap Construction did an awesome job on my attic insulation project. Devin provided a timely and thorough inspection of my attic space identifying the cause of a water intrusion issue I had. The other contractors who provided bids were not as thorough or as pleasant to communicate with. Communication is key and I have to say EVERYONE at Snap construction associated with my project was kind, attentive, accessible and knowledgeable. I had reviewed the entire process from removal of the existing material, sealing, re-insulation of the attic and disposal of the old material prior to the start of my project and everything was done exactly as planned. The installation crew were also efficient and neat.I received frequent updates on the progress which was appreciated.
I was also able to take advantage of some rebates for my insulation project that I was not aware of until Devin informed me of those which was great!
If you want to work with an A plus team on your home, do not hesitate to work with Snap Construction.

Devin originally came out yo give a quote and when we were shocked at the difference in price, he asked if he could guess who was the competing offer (at 5x the quote from Snap) - he guessed in the first try.

We were able to get on the schedule fairly quickly considering it was ice dam season, and Devin was in touch to help make sure we had the financing all set ahead of time.

Josh and Gustavo showed up a few minutes early, but they didn't knock on our door until the appointment time - right on time!

It was a cold day - with a freak snowstorm - but the job went perfectly. The dumpster was delivered in the morning and Josh/Gustavo prepped the house while waiting for that delivery. As soon as the dumpster was set they were ready to start vacuuming the old insulation out of the attic.

About halfway through, Josh headed out to another location and explained next steps, including Laz coming to help finish up the work.

All of the people we worked with for our attic insulation refresh was fantastic. They were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, and they were thorough on explaining what needed to be done and what was done. They were also very respectful of the property and making sure we had time to round up our cats for their safety in another room before the door was open.

I know we need to wait a full year before we'll be able to truly compare the cost saving benefits, but I've already noticed a fre previous cold spots not being as cold (e.g. the closet with the attic door - they added insulation to the back side of the door so the cold doesn't seep in there now). I appreciate the team helping to make sure the credits from Xcel get applied.

Overall it was a great experience from start to finish, and the next time we have a project at the house, I expect the Snap Construction crew will be our first stop when comparison shopping.
