Southwest Tractor

There are not enough positve things I can say about Southwest Tractor & Equipment. We reachec out to them after having some mixed reactions with other tractor dealers. They reached back out to us via email almost immediately, were very straightforward and clear in their pricing and invoicing, and were knowledgeable in their tractors! We were unsure what we wanted and by the end, we are very happy with what they recommended! They are about 4 hours away from us so it was a bit of a drive to get to them but they made sure they had everything ready for us once we got there. I bought a 2019 bobcat from this place. When I purchased this equipment I asked Sam's wife what if theres a problem with equipment off the back, she replied that they were a small family owned buisness and if anything was wrong with the bobcat off the back they would make it right. We'll I didn't even use this bobcat for 3hrs and first problem came up. Then I found 3 major leaks. I contacted Sam he and told him how much bobcat company was going to charge me 2,700 and he tried to look for used part for cheaper and then I payed out of pocket to get bobcat fixed and additional charges to fix leaks cause i needed it for a job i bought it for. Contacted Sam and he said he would give 900 dollars and he would let me know when he sent check. Oldest line in the book for im not sending it. I contacted him a couple of times and he was getting upset said he didn't warranty his equipment, sold as is but his wife told me different. Hes taking his sweet time said he was trying to gather it up but its been 5mths he thinks im just going to forget or something. Its the principal in my eyes. As a matter a fact he looked me right in the eyes and lied to me, he told me it was a good machine😡 i do not recommend this place to nobody, stay away
