I can’t recommend SR1 enough!! Rodney, the sales representative, was a huge help throughout the online purchase of my subcompact tractor and made the entire process smooth and easy.

After the purchase, I ran into a tire issue, and Dana from the Parts & Service department was incredible. I mean, seriously incredible. He was responsive, kept me updated, called me back promptly, and even tracked down a shipment from another store to get me taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find.

Overall, my purchasing experience was outstanding. This dealership has all the qualities that are missing from many customer-focused businesses today. Exceptional service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Great place to buy equipment from. Great communication, prices and just walking around the lot when we got there everyone was very friendly. Noah the salesman was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable about the equipment. Finance manager helped us set up a loan for a package deal and explained everything at signing. Definitely would go back there to purchase equipment in the future and and if you are in search of equipment, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

We purchased a used T25 tractor along with several implements, including a cutting edge for the front bucket, backhoe, rear-mounted snowblower, forklift attachment, and mower deck. Noah took the time to walk us through all of our options and helped us carefully compare both new and used tractors that were available on the lot. There was never any pressure—just honest, knowledgeable guidance that helped us choose the tractor that best fit our needs and budget.

What really stood out was Noah’s integrity. We had initially purchased an additional attachment for the snowblower chute, but after learning more about how we planned to use the tractor, Noah advised us that we didn’t actually need it. Instead of making an unnecessary sale, he refunded the cost of the attachment. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find.

He was also incredibly patient and welcoming to our family. Our 2½-year-old son was fascinated by all the equipment, and Noah happily let him climb up and explore the tractors and excavators on the lot, which absolutely made his day.

Bought a TYM T5075 from Ben Cass over at SR1 equipment. As a 2 time John Deere tractor owner I am overly impressed with the features and power to cost ratio of the TYM vs JD. Was super happy they had all the attachments in stock and they jenga'd them onto the trailer with ease(rock bucket, dirt bucket, 84" snow pusher, forks). SR1's media team made me feel like a rock star as I loaded up the tractor onto my truck and trailer by taking photos from multiple angles and showed just as much excitement as I did to the whole process. When i had a sensor issue(stuff happens in -15 degree weather) I messaged Ben and he responded right away and had the service team to my house within the week to fix the issue! makes me feel like a valued customer and that SR1 stands by their equipment esp when spending over $60,000 in equipment. Would highly recommend SR1 and esp Ben for a sales guy, he has a sense of humor and a personality unlike most potato head sales people who care about nothing other than your wallet. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure.
