SR1 Equipment

Buying through them was fine, good communication before receiving my money. Delivery went well.

Since purchasing I have called several times to get some information and pricing. I was told they would get back to me after the 4th of July holiday, which seemed reasonable. I have since called and left messages to try and get an answer. It is now about 3 weeks later and no responses. The questions I have should be relatively simple to answer, what is their policy on trading or returning an attachment, how much does a third function kit cost and can it be installed on site. At this point I will just handle the ordering and install myself.

TLDR: on top of their game when they have not gotten your money, lackluster now that the purchase hase been made. I would not currently recommend them, since after purchase communication is so bad.

After months of researching and looking at tractors, we decided to go with the TYM T574HC from SR1 Equipment. David was our salesman, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and making the decision easy with his knowledge and professionalism.

We’re very happy with our purchase and the overall experience. I would highly recommend SR1 Equipment to anyone looking for a great product at an affordable price.
