Charge too much... try to sell you Extra things & mess up other things after spending over $1400 on 1 mower & $400+ on the other.

First, I told the staff I want all my used parts back after the mechanic replaces them with the new parts he said my 2 mowers needed.
I told the young lady at the front & the young man with the blonde curly hair..... (I dont know their names).
They called me said My John Deere needed a new spindle & 3 pullies. I took it for service & new blades. So for the spindle, 3 pullies, oil change & filter they charged me 1,400.
I told them I wouldn't ever use them again, I only used them because my Dad always did, but he passed last yr. I told them they have been getting over on him for yrs!
I told them AGAIN ..... SAVE ALL MY PARTS!!!
The mechanic told me my Xmark needed a bunch of stuff also..... I said just change the oil & plug both the back tires & new blades on, Don't worry about the battery for $90. I will replace that myself.
The mechanic acts like he is a salesman trying to push more repairs on you!!!
I went by and paid them, told them I wouldn't ever use them again & Im sending someone to pick up my mowers.. AGAIN, I WANT ALL MY USED PARTS THEY TOOK OFF MY MOWERS!!
WHEN THEY GO PICK UP MY MOWERS THEY REINTERATE I WANTED ALL MY USED PARTS BACK.
THE MECHANIC SAYS "SHE ISNT GOING TO KNOW WHAT THIS STUFF IS ANYWAY". He only gives the spindle, and blades off 1 mower back.
As soon as I get on the Xmark to use it..... I engage the blades & the belt pops off of the pullies. Also, 1 off the tires he plugged is going flat!!!
So are yall messing up stuff so I have to spend more????
They charge $200 to pick up your mower also. I live 10 miles from the business.

Purchased a zero turn mower z355r from them in 2019. Runs great, outstanding mower. I changed blades, belts, oil, plugs and filters along the way. 1st time in the shop for service, in 2025, had to replace 3 spindles, belt, blades and a tune up ($1000+, includes pickup and delivery fee). Got it back and the battery was dead, no one had checked the battery box as it was still coated in all the dust and debris. I replaced the battery and it ran great - for about 3 hours, then shredded a belt. Called in and was told a gumball or stick probably got caught up on the deck. Replaced the belt, 3 hours later, same thing. They came to pick it up and determined that the belt tensioner had not been properly adjusted during the previous service ($370+ including p/u delivery fee). Was charged for a new belt and them adjusting the tensioner (which should have been done when the spindles were replaced). So $180 in belts due to their error. Got it back and now the mulch door is not working. Not paying them any more to fix one thing while breaking something else. If you are having them service your zero turn, test all of the functions before picking it up or accepting delivery.

Recently took in a 20+ year-old Woods Batwing for main PTO shaft, cutting blade replacement, and other minor work. When I got it back, it seemed like a new mower. New shaft and guards were installed and they greased the entire mower. They cleaned it so thoroughly, I thought they had replaced the hydraulic cylinders and gearboxes...it was *that* clean. Took it to the field shortly after they returned it and knocked out 100+ acres in three days. Very smooth and quiet with excellent cut quality. Great work by their staff.
