Michael, Jenny and Trent with The Contractor Guys made our casita dream come true. They were reliable, punctual, sticked to the budget and great to work with. We love our new casita and garage, it really was a fantastic addition to our home. Picking the right contractor was key to work with our HOA as well as the City of Scottsdale. Can't go wrong with them!

My wife and I have been flipping houses in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for over 6 years and our go-to contractor is The Contractor Guys. Our projects range from cosmetic remodels to new-builds and everything in between. As you will see from the attached images, their craftsmanship is exceptional, and Michael and Jennie, and the extended TCG team are a pleasure to partner with as we continue our real-estate investing journey. Thanks TCG for all you do to make our projects a success!

On schedule and on budget!
Working with The Contractor Guys was a great experience. They were responsive and professional. They kept the job site clean. They worked great with our interior designer to ensure the project was on time which was huge for us as we had to move out of our house during the time of construction. I highly recommend this team.

Michael and Jennie are an absolute dream to work with. They remodeled my 1500 sq ft condo a few years ago, and I am so pleased with how it turned out. I did the design myself and picked out all of the materials, and Michael and his team executed my vision flawlessly. They are are stand up duo, and I would happily bring them on to remodel any future homes. They are kind, they listen, are honest and truly care about the customer experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to do a massive remodel, as I swear you'll be in great hands.

We did a full home remodel for our 1960s home with TCG - it was essentially a new build, only a few exterior walls remained and everything was replaced from roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc. It went absolutely fantastic. Michael, Jennie, our superintendent Joe and the rest of the team are just the best to work with. Three things come to mind when working with them - integrity, communication, and optimism. We had very few hiccups for how large of a project it was, but my husband and I felt so taken care of whenever there were speed bumps. It can be scary investing this much - we probably mentioned to each other weekly how thankful we were to have Michael and his crew to work on this. Michael and his team are also incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Our trust in them never ever wavered. When we did hit problems that needed solving (as one does in construction), Michael was always optimistic and came prepared with solutions. Throughout the entire process they went the extra mile, and let’s be honest they are just GOOD people. We feel so SO SO happy with the outcome and feel that our investment was 100000% worth it - we’re in love with our house.
Construction projects aren’t easy and you want to make sure you have a partner you can trust, who has your best interest in mind. You won’t regret choosing Michael and his team at TCG. Thank you Michael and team! Excited to work on more projects!
