Thompson Tractor Company - Birmingham

Great people work here

This is not a good look. Parking and blocking charging stations is like parking in a handicap space. Even worse is with a Company Vehicle. I know you folks can do better.

Austen Pearce worked on a machine that I was operating and was very professional answering any questions I had and had to get parts next day and very punctual and actually on site before he said he'd be there. Worked until job was done respectful and courteous the entire time he was on site.

I got to the location at night and they allowed me to spend the night in front of the gate, many Caterpillar locations are flexible with drivers👍

This is a great group of people. Lindsey Dennis is a blessing to this company. She is very nice and knowledgeable. She treats customers with respect and compassion and is always a friendly voice when you are in need of assistance. Job well done Lindsey!!!
