My 22 Sierra was in for service to correct an issue and Ethan took on the challenge of diagnosing it and completely figuring out what the issue was. The whole time it was in for the service he reached out to me and kept me informed daily on what was happening. What they found or didn’t find. Good bad or ugly it didn’t matter.
