These people take customer service to a higher level. I needed a couple of excavator buckets and they were really helpful finding what I needed and getting them to me. I was willing to drive up from Polson to Kalispell to pick them up but they personally dropped them off at my shop before I could make the time. Dale was really good at communicating and very helpful. I will be doing business with Torgerson’s in the future.

Love our tractor! Love our salesman too! Jay was a fantastic salesman for our tractor. We had several attachments that were delayed for reasons outside his control. As each one came in, he drove the 90 minutes to our home and dropped it off. Polite, professional and honest. We also had Sam from their mechanic and technical team visit and walk us through the entire machine, tip to tail. Super pleased, though we did have a couple paperwork hiccups, nothing that wasn't easily fixed. 5/5 stars.

This dealer exemplies what service should be. Jess the store manager is friendly, professional, knowledgable and strives to make sure you are fully satisified. She and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everthing was addressed to our satisfaction. I have alot of green equipment on our property, this is my first new holland tractor, with the service we recieved it won't be the last. They provide service the way it used to be decades ago, you can tell it is a family owned dealership.
