July 2026: ever since their remodel recently, their management & customer service changed too. The service here is awful. Its either the help on the store floor that treats us like we're trying to rip the store off for asking for a discount on damaged goods, or the ladies in the front on a power trip. The ladies in the front are in the wrong business, your attitudes dont belong in customer service. Hate coming in here.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, plus they have an amazing selection of pet supplies and outdoor gear. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt, and I always leave with something I didn't know I needed!

Great experience at Tractor Supply Co. The store is clean and well organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. They have a solid selection of tools, feed, and supplies, and the prices are fair. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Definitely a reliable spot for farm, ranch, or basic hardware needs. I’ll be coming back.

Im glad we finally have one of these in Santa Clarita. Mostly come here for grade 8 hardware, thats sold by the pound. They do have a decent selection of animal food. As well as a diy dog wash station which I haven't used, but seems pretty cool. I do find prices on a few things to be a little high compared to home depot, but there are things you can yet here, that you cant at home depot. If you have never been to a TS before, you should check it out at least once.

I enjoy engaging with most of the staff here. Unfortunately, I think they are under staffed. I think they would agree that have a service mindset. However, they can only help 1 customer at a time and having several lined up is not their fault.
