Tractor Supply Co.

My husband was at the vet clinic on Wed. I had called 3 days before to verify the clinic was still taking customers. At that time, I should have been advised that appointments were now being taken as opposed to walk-ins (as it had always been), but nothing was said. When my husband showed up with our dog he was NOT helped by the staff at all other than for them to say he needed to GO HOME and make an appointment (there was at that time 1 person in line). I had also called having received a text which I didn't understand and which prompted me to phone the store again at which time I was told not to worry they would help him! This was farthest from the truth. I could not be there due to illness, but the customer in line helped my husband while the staff did nothing! And having been to our Tractor Supply many times, they are never busy except to congregate amongst themselves. Perhaps this is Tractor Supply's idea of professional and courteous help, however it IS NOT the general consuming public's idea!!! GET IT TOGETHER YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY STORE OUT THERE! Disgraceful! Someone, who by way gets paid to offer customer service could have done something.
