Just stopped by the hanover store. I usually love it but Tracy ruined my experience from start to finish. My first encounter with her was simply asking for help. I asked for help as she walked by with another customer behind her. After I asked she rudely said to me that she was helping another customer and that she was alone. After she returned I was rudely told that she was alone and another person would be out with the keys even thoughI was going to ask a different question but was cutoff and didn’t want to deal with the disrespect. I told her that she could go do something else and that it wasn’t important. at this point she seemed offended and walked off reiterating that she was alone and only one person. It could have been easy to over look considering it could have been stress until the trip continued. I watched and heard her talk about me loudly through the store and then was met with rude comments as I payed and exited. I’m glad for the other employee’s help. His customer service was great while he helped me retrieve my item and answer my questions, but to say the least I will not be returning any time soon. I hope when I do Tracy’s feeling more like being kind to her customers at her own job.
