Showed up early on a Sunday and this store was hopping. I needed a propane refill for the RV we were in. In the store I was nicely asked to, "pull around back and someone will be right out." I pulled around back, located the easy to find propane refill area and parked by the gate. LESS THAN 1 MINUTE later a nice gentleman walked up unlocked the gate, I pulled through the gate to the refill spot and by the time I got the side door open he was doing safety checks and we chatted as he quickly, efficiently and VERY EFFECTIVELY refilled my propane. ONCE complete I asked about going inside to pay. He said, "I can do that for you out here unless you need to buy something else in the store." SUPER AWESOME. Nice folks and tremendous service. Very disappointing experience. I called to ask if the propane tank had been fixed because the last two times I came to the store, it was out of service. Instead of answering my simple question, the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. I tried calling back several times, but no one answered.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I was only trying to avoid wasting another trip. Hanging up on a customer is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service in the future.
