Nobody at register when I went for pickup order. We waited over 10 minutes for help. Young man saw us waiting and yelled out " im not the cashier" .the cashier finally showed up with carriages she was collecting in parking lot. It was a hot day and this lady was older. Saw this lady struggling while a young guy watched from the door. I couldn't believe I was seeing this. Other customers waiting for cashier commenting they were writing a complaint letter . Manag er in this store is horrible! She needs to be fired or transferred.

The specific tractor supply has gone so downhill. For about a year now, there has been no hot water in the pet wash. Unfortunately, I cannot bath my dog at home as she is almost 100 pounds but normally there is a sign up on the door saying there is no hot water but over this weekend there was not. So I was assuming it was fixed, big surprise it was not. I asked staff yet again when it would be fixed as like I mentioned it has been almost a year and they never have an answer. About 95% of the time there are not towels stocked either. I also asked if I could get a discount on the pet wash as I have to quickly bathe my dog in freezing cold water but yet they are charging full price for something that should’ve been fixed already, Just racking in the money, but not fixing the problem, And I was told no.
