I was disappointed with my experience at this Tractor Supply location. After enrolling in a Nutrena-sponsored promotion, I received a coupon by email, printed it at home, and brought it to the store. I was informed that only an "original manufacturer's coupon" would be accepted. I explained that the coupon was delivered electronically and that a home printout was the original version provided to me, but my explanation was dismissed.

What concerned me most was not the coupon itself, but the lack of professionalism and customer service. The team lead, Tony, was discourteous and unwilling to listen or offer a reasonable solution. I have always heard that Tractor Supply is known for excellent customer service, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing.

Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning to this location.
