We converted an open area sitting room into a new guest bedroom in our house. Cody and Tri Peak Construction & Design did a terrific job. Their bid was much more reasonable than another company we considered.
It looks as if this new room was built with the house. The walls are absolutely perfect and we love the new French doors. The team was meticulous, focused, hard-working and did a beautiful job.
We also asked Cody to add a new shower door in place of a shower curtain in our son’s bathroom and it looks and works great. We highly recommend Tri Peak Construction & Design and Cody.

We contracted Tri Peak Construction to help with a retail space renovation in Truckee, CA. Our company was based in Iowa and we had to work almost completely remote on this project. Our project timeline was very tight and there were issues that came up unexpectedly. Cody and his team did a great job keeping us informed and pivoting to keep our project on schedule.

First of all we want to say thank you and great job again. We used them for the second time building out our Rocket Fizz Soda and Candy store. They follow the design and are willing to change things on a request even if it's not in the plan. They work professionally and fast would not use any other company to do my build outs. Thanks again great job. Attached are before and after pictures
with Tri Peak Construction & Design Inc.. Takes about 2 minutes.
