I have purchased a John Deere zero-turn lawn mower, and quite a STIHL Equipment through them, and the experience when compared to the big box chains is night and day!

Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction!

Today I needed a chainsaw because of some severe storm damage on my property. I was looking at getting a higher power chainsaw because I thought that's what I needed, but they advised me it would be better to get the mid-range due to it being lighter and still having the bar length, as well as how much I will be using it. Save me quite a bit of money!

And since I had some money left in my budget, I bought two other pieces of equipment lol

Delivered in excellent/shiny new shape, ready-to-mow, and I did the day it was delivered. Took less time than expected and couldn't stop smiling the entire time. Fernando delivered the mower several days *early*, and took time to go over the machine, setup, and my immediate questions. He was great - listened to my questions and gave thorough answers. The Mt. Fernando Collado is an absolute gem at Tri-Green Equipment. As a delivery and pick-up driver out of the Mt. Juliet location, he goes so far above and beyond what's expected.

On his most recent visit, he pulled my dead mower through tall grass all the way out to the driveway so it could be picked up — without being asked. That kind of thoughtfulness says everything about who he is.

What truly blew me away: he hadn't been to my home in two years, yet he remembered not only my property but personal details about me. That level of attentiveness is rare in anyone, let alone someone managing a full route.

Had a john deere z994r diesel mower stop working mid mow, I called in on the weekend for them to schedule a pickup they got me a guy the following Monday which is really quick. The mower was way down nowhere near the driveway on a sloped hill, the house sits on 9 acres, initially they told me it was too risky to do, but the pickup driver went above and beyond for the job. Shoutout to Fernando Collado. He was there saw the situation communicated with me, brought a tractor to move the mower to a safer spot then winched it up on the trailer. Thats customer service this man deserves a raise. This put me at ease and peace knowing the job got done as promised.
