Sales manager Jake was absolutely awesome to deal with! This guy knows his mowers!!! Jake was extremely knowledgeable on not only the various Cub and Hustler mower models, specs and features, but he was also incredibly helpful on price differences, financing options and asking detailed questions to make sure I was investing in the right mower model for my specific yard needs. He was not pushy, but he did make sure to let me know about other options, such as mulching blades and New Holland’s Winter Fix service. The entire process with Jake was very enjoyable as well as educational. Tulsa New Holland and Jake made it very easy for me to apply for financing and purchase the mower and they even enrolled it for my warranty for me. If you’re looking for a fair, honest, reputable and customer-focused place to purchase lawn equipment or tractors, I can’t recommend Jake & Tulsa New Holland more.

I had researched the zero turn mower I wanted before going to the dealer. They had two of the model I was looking for. When I stopped by Tulsa New Holland the first time (I was in a hurry) I was only looking to see if they had what I wanted in stock. To my surprise, I was not mobbed by salesmen like happens at a car dealership. When I had more time, I returned and went inside. I was asked promptly how I could be helped by a young guy behind the sales (parts) counter and he directed me to a salesman. They were all busy, but were with me within only a couple of minutes. I addressed what I was looking for and inquired about financing options, to which the salesman whipped out a cheat-sheet and showed me exactly what I would be paying. I told him I would take it and we completed the paperwork within a few minutes. It was a quick and painless experience. Should I find myself in need of any other products they sell, I will definitely be returning to them with my business.

Jake Parnell, was very helpful to answer all of my questions and concerns about purchasing and servicing a new Zero Turn riding lawn mower. He was honest, straight forward, detailed, and to the point on everything thing I requested help with. As an Authorized and Certified Dealer, Tulsa New Holland has a nice maintenance shop where they offer service and maintainance for all of their products. It is a pleasure doing business with a local company that can offer sales and services at one location. I am excited to have purchased, and begin, enjoying my new Club Cadet.
