My experience with is this business unfortunately has been going down hill for about 2 years. But June 2024 it all ended. After we spent over 25k on one of our balers, and baler tractors. Both were not fixed properly the baler number 4 knotted first night tied 375 bales number 4 missed 268 times plus numerous problems. The tractor kept blowing out the hydraulic hose for the accumulator lost almost all the oil over 6 times. So I sent a professional text too nick wamsley the store manger an hour later he called used profanity at me. So the owner Fred got involved and in the middle of 1 st crop hay I was told I needed to find a new dealer that day. They never fixed the baler or tractor warranty items nor offered my money back. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership in my life. The person that should have been punished is nick not me all I did was stand up for myself in a very professional manner unlike nick. But to leave a farmer high and dry in the middle of 1st crop hay there is no excuse. And I had paid for these repairs last February and March
